In Weather Chaos, a Case for Global Warming - NYTimes.com: "The floods battered New England, then Nashville, then Arkansas, then Oklahoma — and were followed by a deluge in Pakistan that has upended the lives of 20 million people."
This structure is located entirely below ground. It is quite symbolic of hidden networks which we have no awareness of but nevertheless are quite complex--similar to the economy, the law and organized religion--which I have come to recognize as the "tools of colonialization and conquest." Lots of concealed machinations!
